CACHE

CACHE is the Colation for Arts, Culture, and a Healthy Economy in Medford. The organization is dedicated to promoting and enhancing a vibrant arts and cultural scene in Medford. It was conceived by the leaders of several Medford arts and cultural organizations to be a unified voice and advocate for the arts and cultural activities in the community and to encourage a creative economy movement in Medford. Medford Historical Society

This local historical society was organized in 1896 by concerned citizens from the city of Medford, Massachusetts. Their purpose was to collect and preserve the history of this historic city, to correct the myths that had grown up over the years, to build a historical library, to collect the artifacts of local history, and to celebrate historical anniversaries.

The Royall House and Slave Quarters

The Royall House and Slave Quarters were built in 1732-1739. The House is one of the finest 18th century buildings in New England; the Slave Quarters is the only such structure in the Northern United States. Both the buildings and grounds are a National Historic Landmark.
